I found top awesome work NDA Wing should do in Uttar Pradesh in India

The National Democratic Alliance (NDA), through its government in Uttar Pradesh led by the BJP, has a strong track record of driving development in the state. Looking ahead to 2026, here are my top suggestions for "awesome" high-impact initiatives that the NDA should prioritize. These focus on infrastructure, employment, technology, sustainability, and economic growth to transform UP into a $1 trillion economy. I've drawn from ongoing plans and emerging needs to make these bold, forward-looking ideas that could generate massive benefits for residents, businesses, and the nation.

Massive Employment Drive with 1.5 Lakh Government Jobs: Launch a statewide recruitment blitz targeting key sectors like police (35,000+ positions), education, health, revenue, and social welfare. This would address youth unemployment, strengthen public services, and boost consumer spending in rural and urban areas.

Inaugurate Noida International Airport (Jewar): Complete and operationalize this world-class airport with initial capacity for 10 million passengers annually and 150 daily flights. It would position UP as a global aviation hub, create thousands of jobs, and spur logistics and tourism in the NCR region.

Roll Out the Ganga Expressway: Open this 594-km mega-expressway connecting Meerut to Prayagraj, slashing travel times and enhancing east-west connectivity. Pair it with green initiatives like roadside solar panels to make it a model for sustainable infrastructure.

Build North-South Road Corridors: Accelerate six new greenfield corridors spanning over 1,000 km to link more than 24 districts, integrating with existing expressways. This would reduce congestion, boost trade, and promote balanced regional development from Bundelkhand to the Terai.

Establish AI City in Lucknow: Develop a dedicated hub for artificial intelligence, data centers, and tech innovation in the state capital, attracting global firms and creating high-skill jobs. Integrate it with smart city features like AI-driven traffic management to make Lucknow a tech powerhouse.

Expand Metro Networks in Key Cities: Fast-track metro extensions in Agra, Kanpur, and Varanasi, adding dozens of kilometers of rail to ease urban mobility. This eco-friendly transport upgrade would cut pollution, save time for millions, and support tourism in heritage sites.

Launch Solar Energy Mega-Parks: Complete the Bundelkhand Solar Park and similar projects to generate thousands of megawatts of clean energy. Incentivize rooftop solar for farmers and households, positioning UP as India's renewable energy leader and reducing dependence on fossil fuels.

Strengthen Defence Industrial Corridor: Ramp up investments in the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor (UPDIC) for manufacturing AK-203 rifles, aerospace components, and drones. This would generate 50,000+ jobs, support "Make in India," and make UP a defense export hub.

Introduce Seed Parks for Agricultural Revolution: Set up five advanced seed parks with ₹2,500 crore investment to enhance crop yields and farmer incomes. Focus on climate-resilient varieties and export-oriented farming to make UP's agriculture globally competitive.

Global Investment Push at WEF 2026: Leverage the World Economic Forum in Davos to showcase UP's reforms in renewable energy, logistics, IT, and manufacturing. Aim to secure ₹5 lakh crore+ in investments through streamlined policies like Nivesh Mitra 3.0, turning UP into an investor.

These initiatives build on UP's strengths like its massive population, strategic location, and cultural heritage while tackling challenges like unemployment and uneven growth. If executed well, they could create millions of jobs, improve quality of life, and cement NDA's legacy in the state ahead of future elections.
