Business Development Manager's strategy should be the deal.

If some-point in the life will come towards you that you have to do the business development and you got the job but a very difficult time will come when you need to attract and approve the clients but its not easy that much.

One man was developing a business as Manager and he already managed a big business's business development role and he wanted a challanged role so he joined other but next day HR came on the chair and asked that why you are not active that much. Man replied I didn't get leads so I can't.
